We want you to be happy with your order. If something is not right, you have 30 days from the day your order is delivered to ask for a return.
Return conditions
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- unused and in the same condition you received it;
- in its original packaging, with any tags attached;
- accompanied by your order number or proof of purchase.
How to start a return
- Email us at contact@gownora.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
- We will reply with the return address and instructions.
- Send the item back within 14 days of receiving our instructions.
Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as we may not be able to match them to your order.
Return shipping
You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item arrived damaged, faulty or was not what you ordered. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot refund parcels that do not reach us.
Refunds
Once we receive and check your return, we will email you to confirm whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds are made to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card provider may take a little longer to show the refund on your account.
Damaged, faulty or incorrect items
Please check your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, faulty or not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and its packaging. We will send a replacement or give you a full refund, and we will cover the return shipping if a return is needed.
Exchanges
The quickest way to exchange an item is to return it for a refund and place a new order for the item you want.
Items that cannot be returned
We cannot accept returns of items that have been used, washed or damaged after delivery, gift cards, or items marked as final sale.
Your legal rights
If you are a consumer in the UK or the EU, you have the right to cancel an online order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. This policy is in addition to that right and does not affect your legal rights regarding faulty or misdescribed goods.
