How much is shipping?
Shipping is free on every order, worldwide.
How long will my order take?
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days and usually delivered 3-5 business days after they ship. See our Shipping Policy for details.
Do you ship to my country?
We ship worldwide. International orders may be subject to customs duties or taxes charged by the destination country.
How do I track my order?
We email you a tracking number and link as soon as your order ships. See Track Your Order.
Can I change my address after ordering?
Contact us as soon as possible. We can update the address if the order has not yet shipped.
Returns and refunds
Can I return an item?
Yes. You have 30 days from delivery to ask for a return, as long as the item is unused and in its original packaging. See our Refund Policy.
Who pays for return shipping?
You do, unless the item arrived damaged, faulty or was not what you ordered.
When will I get my refund?
Approved refunds are made to your original payment method within 10 business days of us receiving your return.
My item arrived damaged. What should I do?
Email us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and its packaging, and we will send a replacement or refund you.
